Hub International subsidiary Program Brokerage Corporation (PBC) is spinning off its general wholesale, construction, environmental, cyber, and professional liability divisions to Specialty Program Group, under the brand Specialty Wholesale Insurance Solutions (SWIS).
Specialty Program Group is a specialty intermediary with over $2 billion in premium, 19 operating companies and divisions, and offices across 24 states.
To facilitate the transition, PBC’s wholesale leadership and management teams will join SWIS. Its program division will continue to offer insurance solutions to residential co-ops, condominiums, rental buildings, and the pest control industry as an independent subsidiary of Hub International Group Northeast.
