BSE SME: 8 companies list on the BSE SME Platform; m-cap surpasses Rs 60,000 crore mark

BSE SME today announced the listing of eight companies on its platform. This brings the total number of companies listed to 402, crossing a market capitalization of Rs 60,000 crore.

BSE was the first stock exchange to get approval from Sebi and launched its SME platform on 13 March 2012 after the market regulator came out with detailed guidelines on 18 May 2010 for SME exchanges/platforms launch.

Here is the list of 8 companies:

Silicon Rental Solutions

IT renting services provider is the 395 company that was listed on the BSE SME. The company came out with the IPO of 27,12,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at Rs 78 Per equity share, aggregating to Rs 21.15 crore.

Trident Lifeline

The pharmaceutical firm is the 396 company to get listed on BSE SME. The Trident Lifeline was opened for subscription on September 26 and completed its public issue on September 29. The company came out with an initial public offering of 34,99,200 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at Rs 101 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 35.34 crore.

Reetech International Cargo and Courier

The coal supplier is the 397 company to get listed on BSE SME. Reetch International Cargo and Courier got listed on BSE SME on October 10. The company came out with an initial public offering of 11,14,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at Rs 105 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 11.71 crore. The company completed its public issue on September 29.

Cargotrans Maritime

The international logistics solution provider is the 398th company that got listed on BSE SME. The company completed its public issue on September 29. Cargotrans Maritime came out with an initial public offering of 10,80,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at Rs 45 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 4.86 crore.

Concord Control Systems

Concord Control Systems is the 399 company that got listed on BSE SME. The company completed its IPO on September 29. It came out with an initial public offering of 15,12,000 equity shares of Rs10 each for cash at Rs 55 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 8.32 crore. The company is engaged in manufacturing and supply of coach-related and electrification products for Indian Railways and other contractors.

Insolation Energy

The 400th company that got listed on BSE SME, Insolation Energy, opened for subscription from September 25 -29. The company came out with an IPO of 58,32,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at Rs 38 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 22.16 crore.

Cargosol Logistics

The company came out with an IPO of 27,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at Rs 28 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 7.56 crore.

Steelman Telecom

The company came out with an initial public offering of 27,10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at Rs 96 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 26.02 crore. The company provides support services and solutions to address the network requirements of the telecom industry.
