213 new Jobs in June as more Americans returned to job market


As a sign of robust economy over 213,000 new jobs was added to US labor market for the month of June. 2018

However, unemployment went from 3.8% to 4% a first time increase in the last 12 months, and a sign that more Americans are moving back into labor market.

A projected figure of 195,000 was predicted for June 2018 but the result is a smile to the White House and its economic polices. It was another solid month of economic gains that helped hourly  wages, from 2.7% to 2.8% increase expectations.

In all, 601,000 Americans came off unemployment field, and a positive plus for African Americans that are now ready to return to labor market as the figure rose from 5.9% to 6.5%.


Professional and Business services 50,000 Manufacturing, 36,000 Healthcare 25,000, Construction 13,000, Retail Stores, however lost 22,000 jobs.

US employment population indicates 60.4% Americans are now working US GDP rose by 2% in the first quarter, 3.8% in second quarter while the US Central bank increased its bench mark and interest rate twice and to more before the end of the year.
